Modifications

  • Handset or Dial Upgrade: $50

    Price is same regardless of number of hands done, dial only, or hands only.

  • Bezel Upgrade: $45

    Replace bezel - includes labor for bezel insert installation.

  • Dive Watch Crystal Upgrade: $60

    Includes new crystal gasket, and chapter ring replacement if desire.

  • Seiko 5 Crystal Upgrade: $35

  • Day/Date Wheel Color Swap: $75

    If this is the only modification done, price is $80. Otherwise, price will be adjusted significantly for other work.

  • Movement Upgrade: $95

    Includes labor for fitment of new crown, stem, dial, and hands.

  • Crown Upgrade: $35

    Includes labor for cutting and fitting of a stem.

General Services

  • Watch Regulation: $45

I do time all my watches before fulfillment to ensure they are running within manufacture specifications. However, the factory tolerances for timekeeping are pretty lax on most common watch movements. Further, timekeeping can drift over the course of months/years and often a regulation can be done before a full service is required. Thus, I offer regulation service to within +/-5s/day in dial up position.

  • Watch Pressure Testing: $25

    While resealing watches should in theory maintain a timepiece’s water resistance, I advise all customers to have their watches pressure tested before any sort of submersion.

    I offer pressure testing for watches manufacture rated to 100+ meters water resistance, with an 6ATM machine. This is adequate for daily use and swimming - any serious snorkeling and diving watches should be pressure tested to full WR rating before use!

  • Watch Movement Overhaul: $200-$500 typically

    Cleaning + oil, regular maintenance for movement health and function. Pricing varies based on specific movement and condition!

  • Quartz Movement Replacement: $50-$200 typically

    Replacement of damaged/broken quartz movements. ETA/Ronda/Miyota/Seiko movements can all be sourced. Pricing depends on the specific movement. Estimated range does include movement + install.

For customers with an existing watch they would like modded: parts sourcing can be done by myself, or you.

For customers requesting a complete build: I prefer to do all the parts sourcing to streamline my process (and save you shipping costs!).

For customers requesting movement service: I provide estimates for free, and turnarounds are typically 3-4 weeks from approval.

Any MOD that I source parts or a watch for require a 50% deposit to order any necessary components, with payment in full upon completion of the MOD, prior to shipment.
